At Manage Health we recognise that you may not want to be tied into a contract, may need to access one off interventions to support a colleague or may wish to try a service before you commit. Because of this we offer the majority of our services as one off solutions to meet your needs, on demand. This includes Occupational Health, Physiotherapy, Mental Health Treatment, Health Assessments, Diagnostics, Training, Ergonomics, Counselling, through to On Site Critical Incident Support following a traumatic event. Premier EAP - Making EAP Make Sense

Premier EAP lets you support your employees while looking after your business. It sounds simple, but for years employers have been paying for EAP services that they don’t use, with prices based on utilisation they often don’t achieve. Premier EAP is different – we give you complete control of how you offer the EAP, how you promote it, how you pay for it.

Premier EAP is a completely modular service – if you don’t use it, you don’t pay for it. There’s no penalty if your employees use it rarely, no pressure to upgrade and no minimum term – if you want to cancel, just cancel!

We have designed the EAP to conform fully to EAPA standards, using experienced professionals to deliver the highest standard of service the UK has to offer. Our objective is to deliver the same high-quality EAP support we’ve advocated since 1999, using a methodology that gives you control.

You can approve service on a case by case basis; give managers authority to allocate face-to-face counselling sessions; or allow full access by any employee that feels they’d benefit from the service. To the employee, it’s access to market-leading support when they need it, and to the employer it’s the knowledge that they can keep employees healthy, happy and engaged, with every pound being spent on those who need it.

24/7 freephone helpline including: citizen’s advice style information, debt, legal, work and personal life, child/elder care support and counselling

Face to face counselling with BACP/UKCP/BPS accredited practitioner, within 15 miles of work or home

Management Support Helpline

Day 1 Intervention for Stress, case management of any stress absence from day 1 to return

Critical Incident Support, on site or on the phone.

Full access to comprehensive web support (small annual subscription for this element)
