Autism and ADHD Assessments for Adults

Whilst most autism and ADHD diagnoses are made in childhood, reaching adulthood with undiagnosed neurodevelopmental conditions is common. Autism and ADHD assessments in adulthood can open the doors to better understanding of the challenges you may be facing, and provide recommendations for support and/or treatment.

Our assessments are based on evidence based best practice and meet NICE guidelines. They are detailed and fully comprehensive, involving several components such as questionnaires, an in-person appointment, and a comprehensive report.

If you think you may have ADHD an expert assessment will give you clarity. It will also enable us to guide you to the treatment that will help you best.

All our ADHD assessments and sessions are carried out online.

To be able to help you in the most positive way, we first need to fully understand your neurodevelopmental makeup and needs. Our specialist team will conduct a thorough, expert assessment to ascertain if you do, or don’t, have ADHD.

After your assessment, we’ll share a comprehensive report with you, giving a full explanation of the assessment and our findings in a clear and easy-to-understand way. It will include both our recommendations and helpful signposting for post-diagnostic support and treatment.

Autism - Understanding you better - Neurodevelopmental conditions like autism are always with us, right from birth. That’s why, before we arrange your assessment, we will ask someone who knows you well (ideally since you were young) to fill in a report form and an online screening tool. A better understanding of your strengths and needs helps our clinical team with their assessment. Our partner has been a leading provider of high quality diagnostic assessments, treatment and support for autism and ADHD for over 20 years.

Screening will be carried out by our psychology team, led by a consultant clinical psychologist. If the results are indicative of autism, we’ll recommend a diagnostic assessment to give a definitive answer.
